Responsible AI, built around people
I'm Amina Alkazemi, founder of Amina AI. I work with UK universities, clinics, and professional organisations to help them adopt AI thoughtfully — with clear systems, responsible frameworks, and genuine human oversight.
My work sits at the intersection of AI strategy, systems design, and responsible implementation. I've delivered training to university staff, run responsible AI workshops, completed AI assessments for operational processes, and built custom AI platforms — all with one goal: helping institutions move forward with confidence, not pressure.

How I Work
Three principles that shape everything
Responsible by design
Ethics, governance, and human oversight aren't add-ons — they're built into every recommendation from the first conversation to final delivery.
Systems before tools
AI tools are only as useful as the processes around them. I focus on the workflows and culture first — tools come last, not first.
Human-centred always
Technology should serve people. Every engagement puts staff experience, patient outcomes, and community impact at the centre.
